• Do not send deceptive, harassing, or unlawful survey messages.
• Do not pressure customers to leave public reviews or hide negative feedback.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customer Feedback Surveys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
